This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 1970 Harper and Row Publishing. This copy is very clean inside and out. The pages are still crisp and clean w no markings seen. The binding is tight and straight. White hardcore boards under jacket feature green half trim and are also very good with only a hint of shelf wear. the accompanying dust jacket still display original price of $4.95 inside front flap. The jacket is very good and clean, still mostly shiny with only light shelf wear and featuring author black and white back cover. Standard octavo book size or 6" x 9" with 131 pages.
"Love means never having to say you're sorry" is the most famous line from the novel, Love Story by Erich Segal. The novel was released on Valentines Day, Feb. 14th 1970. The author then created the screenplay which was then produced by Paramount. Parts of the novel were published prior to 1970 in Ladies Home Journal. The novel and film became on of the most loved romance/love stories of all time.
