It is an essential collection of the author's finest lectures where he simplifies concepts that allow for the analytical mind to grasp. This book features six talks delivered by Alan Watts from 1965-1969. The lectures have been edited and selected by Watt's son, Mark Watts, who provides and intro that sets them in historical context. In this book Alan Watts discussed how the Buddha taught the method of awakening through the experience of no-self, no-concept and no-religion.
