This is a very good larger hardcover with dust jacket. 1960 Bramhall House Publishing. This copy is very good, clean, inside and out. The pages are actually still crisp and clean with no markings seen. The binding is tight and straight. Burnt orange hardcover boards with tan quarter trim under jacket are also very good with only light shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is still clean and shiny, also with only light shelf wear. Larger size, imperial octavo book size or 8.5" x 11" with 35q pages.
The Annotated Alice contains Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass by Lewis Carroll. It features illustrations by John Tenniel with an Intro and Notes by Martin Gardner. The complete text and original illustrations in the first annotated edition. It was the first and only annotated edition of the classic tales and contains the full text. The annotation runs concurrently with the text.
