This is a very good hardcover with accompanying slipcase. 1941 Heritage Press Edition. This copy is very good inside and out. The inside pages are still crisp and clean with no markings seen. The binding is tight and straight. Maroon cloth hardcover boards are also very good with only a hint of shelf wear. The hardcover boards feature gold title/author/illustrator and rabbit/turtle design front with gold lettering along spine. The accompanying slipcase is also very good in full design front and back and showing only very light shelf wear. Medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 132 pages.
