This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. Circa 1960's Scribners Publishing Book of the Month Club edition. This copy is clean inside and out. The inside pages are still crisp and clean with no markings seen. The binding is tight and straight. Decorative hardcover boards with orange cloth quarter trim under jacket are also very good with only a hint of shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is very good BUT please NOTE: there is tear/wearing to front of jacket top edge (see photo). Rest of jacket only showing light shelf wear and is very good overall and clean, still shiny. Octavo book size or 6" x 9" with 211 pages including 8 pages black and white photo spread of Hemingway in Paris.
A Moveable Feast by Ernest Hemingway is subtitled Sketches of the Author's Life in Paris in the Twenties. Walk the streets of Paris with Hemingway and visit his small apartment on the rue Notre-Dame-des-Champs. There are many vivid portraits such as Gertrude Stein providing little glasses of liqueurs and Ezra Pound learning to box.
The edition contains an 8 page black and white photo spread taking the readers into the authors life in Paris.
