This is a very good large paperback with shiny laminated thicker cover than standard cardboard. 1995 Monacelli Press. This copy is very good inside and out. The inside pages are still crisp and clean and the only mark seen is stamp inside front cover from previous owner. The binding is tight and straight, there is only a single minor crease on spine. The cover is clean and shiny with light shelf wear. Large coffee table book, quarto book size or 9" x 12" with 239 pages including glossary.
