This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. Fourth Printing 1968 Macmillan Publishing. This copy is clean and very good inside and out. The inside pages are very clean with no markings seen. The binding is tight and straight and features a durable fine sewn binding, not glued as found in modern publishing. Maroon hardcover boards with navy quarter trim are also very good with only light shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is clean and still mostly shiny with only light shelf wear mostly corners/edges. Standard royal octavo book size or 7" x 10" with 1164 pages including index.
