This is a near fine (almost like new) spiral bound hardcover. Second Printing 1996 Gooseberry Patch. This copy is still crisp and clean inside and out. The pages inside are clean and unmarked, although we did see a couple of "dog eared" pages, but overall it is like new inside and out. Standard medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 218 pages. Spiral bound, the hardcover boards are still clean and shiny.
Gooseberry Patch was founded by two neighbors in Delaware Ohio. The cookbooks encourage customers to submit recipes for inclusion in the cookbooks. Founded in 1984, it continued until being acquired in 2015, operating currently under Globe Pequot Press.
