This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 1981 Book Club Edition Macmillan Publishing. This copy is still very clean inside and out. The pages are clean with no markings seen. The binding is tight and straight. Olive green hardcover boards under jacket are also very good with only a hint of shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is very clean with only light shelf wear.
