This is a near fine (almost like new) hardcover with dust jacket. 2001 Atlantic Monthly Press. This copy is crisp and clean inside and out. The only marking seen is previous owners stamp neatly place on first blank page. Rest of pages inside are crisp and clean. The binding is tight and straight. The accompanying dust jacket is also near fine with only a hint of shelf wear. Tan hardcover boards under jacket are near fine with barely a hint of shelf wear. Standard octavo book size or 6" x 9" with 404 pages including index.
