This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 1963 D. Van Nostrand Co. Publishing. This copy is very good inside and out. The pages are very clean inside. The binding is tight and straight with fine sewn binding, not glued. Maroon hardcover boards under jacket are also very good with gold lettering front cover and spine and only a hint of shelf wear. All three page edges are tipped in red accent. The accompanying dust jacket is good, light shelf wear mostly corners edges and some rubbing of subtitle and author name on jacket. Standard octavo book size with 350 pages including index.
