This is a near fine (almost like new) spiral bound vinyl cover cookbook. 1994 Edition, updated. This copy is still crisp and clean inside and out. The pages are clean with no markings seen. The spiral binding is tight and straight. The cover front and back is also near fine with barely a hint of shelf wear. Standard octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 252 pages.
Three Rivers Cookbook lll is the third installment of recipes from cooks around the Three Rivers area. The book is subtitled "The Good Taste of Pittsburgh". Delightful illustrations accompany the homestyle recipes. The front cover features Pittsburgh's Golden Triangle viewed from Three Rivers Stadium. Back cover features The Monongahela River flowing to the point. The title page illustrations features the Gibson Girl Angels of glass and marble behind the altar of The Emmanuel Episcopal Church on the North side. Each chapter title page features an illustrations depicting history of Pittsburgh.
