This is a very good paperback. 1977 Anchor Books Edition. This copy is clean inside and out. The pages are very good and clean inside with no markings seen. The binding is tight and straight, there is no creasing along spine. The cover is clean and very good with only light shelf wear. Standard octavo trade paperback size or 6" x 9" with 496 pages including index.
This forth volume of the Foxfire Books, Foxfire 4, celebrates the history and heritage of Appalachia. Sections in this volume include; fiddle making, springhouses, horse trading, sassafras tea, berry buckets, gardening, and further affairs of plain living.
