This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. Circa 1960's DoubleDay Publishing. Copyright page indicates 1901 BUT this is NOT 1901, publisher failed to update copyright as is often the case in reprints. Most likely circa reprint 1960's. This copy is very good inside and out. Only marking seen is previous owners name neatly stamped inside front cover and opposite blank page. The pages are very clean throughout. The binding is tight and straight. Black hardcover boards under jacket are also very good with only light shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is very good given age with light shelf wear edges/corners but clean and still holding some shine. Standard octavo book size or 6" x 9" with 330 pages including index.
