This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 2000 Knopf Publishing Everymans Library Pocket Books. This copy is crisp and clean inside and out. The pages are still crisp and clean with no markings seen. The binding is tight and straight. Green hardcover boards under jacket are also very good with barely a hint of shelf wear. The accompanying dust jacket is also very good with only very light shelf wear. Attached ribbon bookmark. This is a smaller hardcover, designed as a "pocket book" to be carried around in purse or pocket for reading anywhere. 18mo book size or 4.5" x 6.5" with 256 pages including index of authors.
