This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 2004 Knopf Publishing. This copy is very clean inside and out. The pages are very good inside with no markings seen. The binding is tight and straight. Grey hardcover boards with blue quarter trim under jacket are also near fine. The accompanying dust jacket is very good with only a hint of shelf wear. Standard book size, medium octavo book size or 7" x 9" with 304 pages.
