This is a near fine (almost like new) hardcover. 1995 Readers Digest Series, The Earth Its Wonders Its Secrets series. This title is Secrets of the Sea. This copy is crisp and clean inside and out. The pages are still crisp and clean with no markings seen. The binding is tight and straight. Full color hardcover boards are also near fine with only a hint of shelf wear bottom back corner. Quarto book size of 9.5" x 12" with 160 pages including index.
In the 1990's Readers Digest published a series of books about the natural wonders around us. This title, Secrets of the Sea focuses on the mysteries of the deep. Chapters include the World's Seas and Oceans, On the Ocean's Edge, In The Open Sea, and Reefs Built of Coral. The book is incredibly detailed and researched featuring color photos and illustrations that bring the sea and its creatures to life. Wonderful educational voyage around the world's oceans.
