This is a near fine (almost like new) leather-bound hardcover. 1987 Easton Press Collectors Edition. This copy is crisp and clean inside and out. The pages are still crisp with no markings seen. Bound in black genuine leather, it features gold gilt page edges with gold design and title/author lettering along spine. Silk moire endpapers. Smyth sewn binding with raised (hubbed) spine along with attached satin bookmark make Easton Press collectors books among the finest bindings. This copy includes the accompanying Military History bookplate from Easton Press and the collectors notes. Medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.25" with 389 pages including index.
