This is a very good to near fine (almost like new) set of 4 hardcovers with accompanying slipcase. The hardcovers are near fine and the slipcase is very good. University of Michigan Press 1958. All four hardcover are still crisp and clean inside. The pages are clean with no markings of annotations seen. The bindings are tight and straight. Blue cloth hardcover boards w silver and gold lettering and design are also near fine with barely a hint of shelf wear. All are medium octavo book size or 6.5" x 9.25" with apron 500 pages each, not including index. The accompanying slipcase is very good, showing some wear and fading AND bottom edge has been taped to secure slipcase. But overall given age slipcase very good.
