This is a very good hardcover bound in faux leather handsome binding. 1983 Greenwich Unabridged Library Classics published by Chatham River Press. This copy is solid and very good overall. There is natural tanning to pages from age (see photos) but the pages are clean with no markings seen. the binding is tight and straight. Handsome black faux leather padded cover with gold/red design and gold lettering is in very good condition with only a hint of shelf wear. the page edges are tipped in gold and this edition features marbled endpapers front and back. Standard medium octavo book size or 6.25" x 9.5" with 704 pages.
This Greenwich Edition of Edgar Allan Poe works includes all the short stories such as Fall of the House of Usher, Murders in the Rue Morgue, and more. It also includes the novel, The Narrative of Arthur Gordon Pym of Nantucket. The edition features leather-like cover with padding and gold lettering along with gold tipped page edges. It is complete and unabridged for any Edgar Allan Poe fan.
