This is a near fine (almost like new) hardcover with dust jacket. 1988 Putnam Publishing. This copy is crisp and clean inside and out. The pages are still crisp, clean and free of markings. The binding is tight and straight. Blue hardcover boards with black quarter trim under jacket are also near fine with barely a hint of shelf wear.
