This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. First Edition 1999 Scribner Publishing. This copy is very clean inside and out. The pages are clean and free of markings. Only wear seen inside is pages 52-55 have wrinkles bottom edge. Binding tight and straight. Grey w black quarter trim hardcover boards under jacket are very good with barely any shelf wear. The dust jacket is also very good with only a hint of shelf wear. Solid copy offered with only minimal wear. Octavo book size or 6" x 9" with 219 pages.
