This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. First Printing April 1993 Dutton Publishing. This copy is crisp and clean inside and out. NOTE: previous owners name neatly written inside front cover, see photo. Otherwise, the pages are crisp and clean with no other markings seen. The binding is tight and straight. Red hardcover boards w red quarter trim under jacket are also very good with only a hint of shelf wear. The dust jacket is clean and shiny, also with only a hint of shelf wear. Standard octavo book size or 6" x 9" with 689 pages.

The Throat by Peter Straub is the third novel in his Blue Rose Trilogy. The first book was Koko, followed by Mystery and finally The Throat. Considered crime fiction, the novels have similar plot lines and some of the same characters, but do not strictly follow in continuity. This title, The Throat, is a chilling and suspenseful work of terror. Suspense fiction thriller/horror.
