This is a very good hardcover. 1976 Time Life Books. This copy is very clean inside and out. There is light natural tanning from age to pages but they appear free of markings. Binding tight and straight. This series from Time Life was designed with an Old West feel. Brown imitation leather with hand-tooled look embossing graces front of the padded cover. Full color frontispiece illustration. 240 pages long, Imperial octavo size of or 8.5" x 11".

Each book focused on a specific topic for the era. Each volume is profusely illustrated with color paintings, original photos, black and white drawings and more. The informative text accompanies the illustrations and photos to bring the Old West to life in this history series.
