This is a fine (almost like new ) leather-bound hardcover from Easton Press. 1983 Collectors Library of Famous Editions in full genuine leather. Bound in premium leather, this edition features brown leather with gold lettering and line drawing in gold on front cover. This copy is crisp and clean inside and out. The pages are crisp, clean and free of markings. The binding is tight and straight. All three pages edges are tipped in gold. Smyth sewn pages assure a fine binding and durability. Printed on acid-neutral paper, the additional fine binding includes moiré silk endpapers, hubbed spine and attacked silk ribbon bookmark. Medium octavo size or 6.25" x 9" with 427 pages. This edition is also finely illustrated by beloved artist Fritz Kredel with an intro by Stella Gibbons.
