This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 1992 Simon & Schuster Publishing. This copy is very clean inside and out. The pages are still crisp and clean, two pages were seen with a check-mark in the margins, otherwise no other markings seen. The binding is tight and straight. Blue hardcover boards w silver lettering under dust jacket are also very good, clean with only a hint of shelf wear.
