Set of 8 Junior Deluxe Edition Storybook Circa 1950's Including Eight Cousins by Alcott, Kim by Kipling, Shakespeare Tales, Animal Tales

This is a set of eight hardcover storybooks, no dust jackets, in very good condition. Circa 1950's-60's from Junior Deluxe Editions, Nelson DoubleDay Publishing. Each of these hardcover are in very good condition. Inside the pages are clean, only showing a hint of natural tanning from age and appear free of markings. The bindings are tight and straight. Only "TobyTyler" by James Otis shows the tiniest hint of wear to binding inside front cover and rest of that title is tight and very good. Each title is illustrated with one color print and numerous line drawings. The covers on all are very good, clean with only a hint of shelf wear at corners or edges. Each book is standard octavo size or 6" x 9".
