This is a very good hardcover, NO dust jacket, jacket missing. 1995 Oxford University Press. This copy is crisp and clean inside. The pages are crisp, clean w no markings seen. The binding is tight and straight. Navy blue cloth hardcover boards are also very good with only very light shelf wear. Standard octavo size, or 6" x 9" with 596 pages including index.
