This is a collectible special edition two volume set in slipcase. Iron, Industry and Independence by Donald J. Jonovic, PH.D. 1986 Jamison Press AND An American Legacy... The Oglebay Story by Isaac Flores 1982. Both books are signed by Courtney Burton Jr. w personal inscriptions. Each also has embossed library stamp of Courtney Burton Jr. Special Edition stamp bottom corner first blank page. Each hardcover is near fine, almost like new inside. The pages aside from signed inscriptions, are crisp, clean and free of markings. No foxing or tanning of pages inside. The bindings are tight and straight on each. Each volume is octavo size or 6" x 9" with 316 pages each. The accompanying dust jackets are very good, clean and still shiny with only light shelf wear at corners. The bindings are tight and straight.
