This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 2002 Knopf Publishing.. This copy is crisp and clean inside and out. The pages are crisp, clean and free of markings. The binding is tight and straight. Deckle edge or rough cut page edges mimic the First Edition style. The black hardcover boards under jacket are also very good with only a hint of shelf wear. The dust jacket is good ++ with light shelf wear from display. Medium octavo size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 528 pages.
In this novel from Anne Rice we fine two worlds fused, the vampire legend and her lore of the Mayfair Witches which take us to a world of Deep South luxury and ancestral secrets. Blackwood farm with its soaring white columns and spacious rooms lies in a dark strip of the dense Sugar Swamp. It is the world of Quinn Blackwood, a brilliant man haunted by a doppelgänger known as Goblin.
