This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 1991 Norton Publishing. This copy is very good inside and out. The pages are crisp, clean and free of markings. NOTE: previous owners bookplate neatly placed inside front cover under jacket flap. Otherwise, no other marks, foxing etc seen. The binding is tight and straight. Dust jacket also very good with only a hint of shelf wear. Royal octavo size or 6.5" x 9.5" with 465 pages including index.
