This is a good hardcover, NO dust jacket, jacket MISSING. Second Printing 1960 MacMillan Publishing. This copy is very good inside. Pages are clean and free of markings. There is light natural tanning around edges of some pages from age but they are still very clean and no serious foxing. The binding is tight and straight. Black hardcover boards are good, red design front cover. Title lettering on spine is faded, still lightly visible and there is wearing to cover along spine, (see photos) and edges and corners of hardcover boards. Overall this is a nice copy, very clean inside with wearing to cover. Crown octavo size or 5.5" x 8" with 208 pages. Priced according to wear in hope of finding a loving home.
The Silver Chair is the sixth book in Lewis's The Chronicles of Narnia, a series which is part of the canon of classic literature. For over 50 years it has enchanted readers of all ages.
