This is a very good hardcover. 1992 Checkerboard Press. This copy is very clean inside. Pages are very clean and free of markings or foxing. The binding is tight and straight. The cover is fully illustrated in color and overall good. There is a smudge front cover top corner where store sticker removed and back cover has sticker covering a scuff from removal of price sticker. Overall this is considered good condition front and back with only mild wearing at corners as the hardcover boards are clean and solid. Larger hardcover, quarto size or 9" x 11.5" with 128 pages.
This edition is illustrated in full color by Blanche Fisher Wright, bringing the stories to life for readers of all ages. Familiar tales fill the pages with over 300 traditional nursery rhymes.
