Each illustrated with original illustrations used in early Dickens works. Regarded as the most comprehensive illustrated Dickens works available. The text is derived from the Charles Dickens Edition, revised by the author in the 1860's.
Set at the time of the Gordon anti-Catholic riots of 1780, Barnaby Rudge is Dickens powerful novel of madness, murder and mob violence. It is also a tale of thwarted love and heroism.
